Brain drain is emigration of the skilled manpower from one country to another. As per the UNDP report we lose approx $ 2 billion every year because of this. Moving out of India for higher education add to huge brain drain for us & on the other hand outflow of foreign exchange also increases( $10 Billion every year). There are not much steps seen in our system to curb this issue. I would like to remind everyone that we are now moving into “2011” where we have best of the education institutions established in India in all area …… Technology, Research, Management and we have N number of Fortune 500 companies providing best jobs to the deserving candidates in India .It’s a time the youth should start evaluating Indian Institutions & companies with open mindset & should be ready to explore the best of the possibilities available with them.
