Increase in heart attacks reflecting in death rate in these winters. The cold temperature raises our blood pressure & also increases level of certain proteins resulting in blood clotting. The heart diseases are more common in 2-3 in every 5 deaths. The greater concern is for the diabetics’ patients because they have more probability of getting silent attacks where they don’t feel pain and a feeling of acidity or congestion in breathing, resulting in major heart attack or leads to death. These heat diseases are more common with a age group of above 45years. So physicians suggest having little exercise and get a regular check up of BP, cholesterol & Basic EMI test in winters for all middle age & old age people.
